\u6587\u4ef6\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u6469\u6839\u58eb\u4e39\u5229\u65d7\u4e0b\u903e30 \u6863\u6295\u8d44\u7ec4\u5408\u57fa\u91d1\u6301\u6709\u5927\u91cfGBTC \u80a1\u7968\uff0c\u5f53\u4e2d\u6301\u4ed3\u91cf\u6700\u5927\u7684\u4f3c\u4e4e\u662f\u300c\u6469\u6839\u58eb\u4e39\u5229\u8fdc\u89c1\u57fa\u91d1\uff08Morgan Stanley Insight Fund\uff09\u300d\uff0c\u62e5\u6709\u8d85\u8fc7928,051 \u80a1GBTC\uff0c\u4ef7\u503c\u7ea63,600 \u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\u3001\u8d85\u8fc7700 \u679a\u6bd4\u7279\u5e01\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u6469\u6839\u58eb\u4e39\u5229\u673a\u6784\u57fa\u91d1\u516c\u53f8\uff08Morgan Stanley Institutional Fund Inc\uff09\u3001\u6469\u6839\u58eb\u4e39\u5229\u673a\u6784\u4fe1\u6258\u57fa\u91d1\uff08Morgan Stanley Institutional Trust\uff09\u3001\u6469\u6839\u58eb\u4e39\u5229\u53d8\u989d\u4fdd\u9669\u57fa\u91d1\uff08Morgan Stanley Variable Insurance Fund\uff09\u7b49\u4e5f\u6301\u6709\u5927\u91cfGBTC\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\u4eca\u5e74 6 \u6708\uff0c\u6469\u6839\u58eb\u4e39\u5229\u5411 SEC \u63d0\u4ea4\u6587\u4ef6\u62ab\u9732\uff0c\u65d7\u4e0b\u6b27\u6d32\u673a\u4f1a\u57fa\u91d1\uff08Morgan Stanley Europe Opportunity Fund\uff09\u6301\u6709 28,298 \u80a1 GBTC\uff0c\u8fd9\u7b14\u6295\u8d44\u5f53\u65f6\u4ef7\u503c\u7ea6 130 \u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\u6469\u6839\u58eb\u4e39\u5229\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8d22\u5bcc\u7ba1\u7406\u5de8\u5934\uff0c\u7ba1\u7406\u8457\u9ad8\u8fbe 4
