ETF\u300d\u7ee7\u4e0a\u5468\u4e94\u83b7\u7f8e\u56fd\u8bc1\u7ba1\u4f1a\uff08SEC\uff09\u653e\u884c\u4e0a\u5e02\u7533\u8bf7\u540e\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u65f6\u95f4\u5468\u4e8c\uff0810 \u6708 19 \u65e5\uff09\u5c31\u4f1a\u5728\u7ebd\u7ea6\u8bc1\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\uff08NYSE\uff09\u6302\u724c\u4ea4\u6613\uff0c\u4ea4\u6613\u4ee3\u7801\u4e3a\u300cBITO\u300d\u3002\u8fd9\u8c61\u5f81\u6bd4\u7279\u5e01\u671d\u8457\u8dfb\u8eab\u4e3b\u6d41\u8d44\u4ea7\u7c7b\u522b\u53c8\u8fc8\u8fdb\u4e00\u5927\u6b65\uff0c\u968f\u8457\u540e\u7eed\u5c1a\u6709\u591a\u6863\u7c7b\u4f3c ETF \u4ea7\u54c1\u53ef\u671b\u83b7\u51c6\u4e0a\u5e02\uff0c\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u5e02\u573a\u6599\u5c06\u6d8c\u5165\u4e00\u6ce2\u65b0\u7684\u8d44\u91d1\u6d6a\u6f6e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\u7f8e\u56fd ETF \u53d1\u884c\u5546 ProShares \u6267\u884c\u957f Michael Sapir \u5468\u4e00\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5728\u7ecf\u8fc7\u6570\u5e74\u52aa\u529b\u5bfb\u6c42\u76d1\u7ba1\u673a\u5173\u6838\u51c6\u63a8\u51fa\u76f8\u5173\u4ea7\u54c1\u540e\uff0cBITO \u7684\u4e0a\u5e02\u5bf9\u7f8e\u56fd\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01 ETF \u5e02\u573a\u800c\u8a00\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u91cc\u7a0b\u7891\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\n\tBITO \u5c06\u5ef6\u7eed ETF \u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u4f20\u7edf\uff0c\u5411\u6295\u8d44\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u79cd\u4fbf\u5229\u800c\u6d41\u52a8\u7684\u8d44\u4ea7\u7c7b\u522b\u6295\u8d44\u9014\u5f84\u3002\u7b2c\u4e00\u6863\u80a1\u7968 ETF \u5728 1993 \u5e74\u4e0a\u5e02\uff0c2002 \u5e74\u662f\u7b2c\u4e00\u6863\u503a\u5238 ETF \u4e0a\u5e02\uff0c 2004 \u5e74\u5219\u662f\u9996\u6863\u9ec4\u91d1 ETF \u4e0a\u5e02\u30022021 \u5e74\uff0c\u5c06\u56e0\u7b2c\u4e00\u6863\u4e0e\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u8fde\u52a8\u7684 ETF \u4e0a\u5e02\u800c\u88ab\u94ed\u8bb0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\u800c\u4e14\uff0c\u8ffd\u8e2a\u829d\u52a0\u54e5\u5546\u54c1\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\uff08CME\uff09\u6bd4\u7279\u5e01\u671f\u8d27\u5408\u7ea6\u7684 BITO \u4e0a\u5e02\uff0c\u5c06\u4e3a\u4f20\u7edf\u91d1\u878d\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u4eba\u5e26\u6765\u5927\u91cf\u6295\u8d44\u673a\u4f1a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\n\tMichael Sapir \u8bf4\uff1a\u300cBITO \u5c06\u5411\u5927\u6279\u6295\u8d44\u4eba\u655e\u5f00\u6bd4\u7279\u5e01\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u5927\u95e8\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6295\u8d44\u4eba\u5df2\u62e5\u6709\u8bc1\u5238\u5e10\u6237\u5e76\u4e50\u4e8e\u8d2d\u4e70\u80a1\u7968\u4e0e ETF\uff0c\u5374\u4e0d\u60f3\u518d\u6b21\u5728\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u90a3\u88e1\u4f53\u9a8c\u5f00\u8bbe\u65b0\u5e10\u6237\u548c\u5efa\u7acb\u6bd4\u7279\u5e01\u94b1\u5305\u7684\u9ebb\u70e6\u4e0e\u5b66\u4e60\u66f2\u7ebf\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u62c5\u5fc3\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u53d7\u6cd5\u89c4\u7ba1\u675f\u4e14\u9762\u4e34\u5b89\u5168\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\u7f8e\u56fd\u8bc1\u7ba1\u4f1a\u4e0a\u5468\u4e94\u4e0d\u4ec5\u5141\u8bb8 ETF\u300d\u5728\u90a3\u65af\u8fbe\u514b\u8bc1\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\uff08Nasdaq\uff09\u6302\u724c\u4ea4\u6613\uff0c\u63a5\u8457 BITO \u53c8\u7d27\u9523\u5bc6\u9f13\u5730\u9009\u5728\u5468\u4e8c\u6302\u724c\uff0c\u8fde\u756a\u597d\u6d88\u606f\u8ba9\u6295\u8d44\u4eba\u60c5\u7eea\u66f4\u52a0\u9ad8\u6602\uff0c\u5e26\u52a8\u6bd4\u7279\u5e01\u4ef7\u683c\u9010\u6b65\u903c\u8fd1\u5386\u53f2\u9ad8\u70b9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\u5728\u6bd4\u7279\u5e01\u671f\u8d27 ETF \u7684\u5229\u591a\u6d88\u606f\u6fc0\u52b1\u4e0b\uff0c\u8fc7\u53bb 14 \u5929\u6765\u6bd4\u7279\u5e01\u4ef7\u683c\u5927\u6da8\u7ea6 30%\uff0c\u5728\u4e0a\u5468\u4e94\u7ad9\u4e0a 6 \u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\u5927\u5173\uff0c\u4e3a\u4eca\u5e74 4 \u6708\u6765\u9996\u89c1\u3002\u6839\u636e CoinGecko\uff0c\u622a\u81f3\u53d1\u7a3f\u65f6\u95f4\uff0c\u6bd4\u7279\u5e01\u4ef7\u683c\u5df2\u6da8\u62b5 6.1 \u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\u4ee5\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\u76ee\u524d\u6709\u6570\u5341\u6863\u6bd4\u7279\u5e01 ETF \u4ea7\u54c1\u5411\u7f8e\u56fd\u8bc1\u7ba1\u4f1a\u7533\u8bf7\u4e0a\u5e02\uff0c\u8bc1\u7ba1\u4f1a\u4e3b\u5e2d Gary Gensler \u5df2\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u6bd4\u8d77\u76f4\u63a5\u4e0e\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u8d44\u4ea7\u6302\u94a9\u7684 ETF\uff0c\u548c\u671f\u8d27\u5e02\u573a\u8fde\u52a8\u7684 ETF
