\u5171\u540c\u76d1\u7ba1\u52a0\u5bc6\u5e02\u573a<\/h2>\n<p>\n\t\u6839\u636e\u534e\u5c14\u8857\u65e5\u62a5\u7684\u62a5\u5bfc\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fdSEC (\u8bc1\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a) \u4e3b\u5e2dGary Gensler \u4e8e\u884c\u4e1a\u4f1a\u8bae\u4e2d\u8868\u793a\u652f\u6301\u56fd\u4f1a\u8d4b\u4e88CFTC (\u5546\u54c1\u671f\u8d27\u4ea4\u6613\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a) \u66f4\u591a\u7684\u76d1\u7ba1\u6743\u5229\uff0c\u4ee5\u76d1\u7ba1\u50cf\u662f\u6bd4\u7279\u5e01\u8fd9\u7c7b\u975e\u8bc1\u5238\u4ee3\u5e01\u53ca\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u4e2d\u4ecb\u673a\u6784\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0cCFTC \u4e3b\u5e2dRostin Behnam \u4e5f\u6b63\u8981\u6c42\u56fd\u4f1a\u901a\u8fc7\u4e00\u9879\u6cd5\u5f8b\uff0c\u4ee5\u5141\u8bb8CFTC \u76d1\u7ba1\u67d0\u4e9b\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u7684\u73b0\u91d1\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u5e76\u4e3a\u5176\u63d0\u4f9b\u8d44\u91d1\u4ee5\u8fdb\u884c\u989d\u5916\u7684\u76d1\u7ba1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\u867d\u7136Gary Gensler \u8ba4\u4e3aSEC \u4e0d\u8be5\u76d1\u7ba1\u6bd4\u7279\u5e01\uff0c\u4f46\u5176\u4ecd\u7136\u8868\u793a\u5927\u591a\u6570\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u5177\u8bc1\u5238\u5c5e\u6027\uff0c\u5e94\u9075\u5b88\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u4fdd\u62a4\u6cd5\u5e76\u906d\u5230SEC \u7684\u76d1\u7ba1\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u5176\u4e5f\u8868\u660e\u90e8\u5206\u52a0\u5bc6\u4e2d\u4ecb\u673a\u6784\u9700\u8981\u5728SEC \u53caCFTC Gensler \u4e5f\u518d\u5ea6\u8981\u6c42Coinbase \u7b49\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u4ea4\u6613\u5e73\u53f0\u5e94\u8be5\u5728SEC \u6ce8\u518c\u4e3a\u7c7b\u4f3c\u4e8e\u7ebd\u7ea6\u8bc1\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u6216\u7eb3\u65af\u8fbe\u514b\u7684\u8bc1\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u4ee5\u914d\u5408\u76d1\u7ba1\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\n\tSEC \u6210\u7acb\u52a0\u5bc6\u62ab\u9732\u529e\u516c\u5ba4<\/h2>\n<p>\n\t\u6839\u636eThe Block \u7684\u62a5\u5bfc\uff0cSEC \u6b63\u5728\u6210\u7acb\u65b0\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\uff0c\u4ee5\u5bf9\u52a0\u5bc6\u516c\u53f8\u8fdb\u884c\u516c\u5f00\u62ab\u9732\uff0c\u5e76\u63d0\u4f9b\u54a8\u8be2\u670d\u52a1\u3002\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\u5e95\u4e0b\u5171\u6709\u4e24\u4e2a\u90e8\u95e8\uff0c\u5206\u522b\u4e3a\u6cd5\u5f8b\u53ca\u4f1a\u8ba1\u90e8\u95e8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\u4e3b\u8981\u8d1f\u8d23\u62ab\u9732\u4e1a\u52a1\u7684\u526f\u4e3b\u4efbCicely
